Terms of Service for Advanced Collision Experts (ACE)
I hereby authorize the necessary repair work to be performed on my vehicle by Advanced Collision Experts (ACE), including the use of all necessary materials. I also grant ACE and its employees permission to operate the described vehicle on streets, highways, or elsewhere as needed for the purposes of testing, inspecting, and ensuring the vehicle’s proper repair.
I understand that the final invoice issued by ACE for repairs may differ from the estimate provided by my insurance company in terms of parts, labor, or repair methods used. Parts prices are based on up-to-date Estimating Software, but prices may fluctuate due to variable supplier costs. I acknowledge that ACE uses professional judgment to determine the best repair techniques to deliver a high-quality result. Labor charges reflect ACE’s expertise and the industry-standard allowances from collision repair software, which may differ from the actual time spent.
Payment Policy:
Payment must be made in full before the vehicle is released. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance checks. Payment is due upon vehicle delivery, and any delay in payment may incur storage fees. Customers agree to cover all costs associated with the collection of unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney’s fees if necessary. A mechanic’s lien is expressly acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the payment of any outstanding balance.
Liability Disclaimer:
ACE is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left in the vehicle in the event of fire, theft, or other causes beyond our control. Customers are encouraged to remove personal items from their vehicles, as it may be necessary for outside companies to perform sublet work.
Authorization for Insurance Payments: I authorize direct payments to be made to ACE on my behalf for the repairs performed on my vehicle. I also grant ACE the authority to endorse my name on such payments or authorization forms, acting as my attorney-in-fact, with the same effect as if I personally signed them.
Total Loss and Administrative Fees:
If a vehicle towed or driven to ACE is deemed a total loss or transferred to another facility at the request of the customer or insurance company, administrative fees, lot charges, debris cleanup fees, or estimate fees may apply. Any labor, towing, or lift inspection fees incurred must be settled before the vehicle is removed from ACE. Customers must provide prior written notice if they wish to retain used or damaged parts.
